Biography
Pongwilai was born in Lopburi province, 153 km (95.1 mi) north of Bangkok. He is a classmate with father of Patiparn "Moss" Pataweekarn. He entered the showbiz in his early thirties in 1975 from acting in a stage play of Thammasat University which was also broadcast on Channel 5.
